Abstract (EN)
419 healthcare professionals participated in the study to determine the level of burnout of radiology professionals. Three dimensions in the Maslach Burnout Scale applied to the participants were analyzed according to the demographic characteristics of the participants. According to the results of the research, no significant difference was found between the demographic characteristics of healthcare workers and emotional exhaustion, which is one of the sub-dimensions of burnout. With the desensitization sub-dimension; it has been determined that there is a significant difference between gender, working styles, the institution they work for, number of children, professional seniority and ages. It was also determined that there is a difference between the personal success sub-dimension and gender, department they work in, the institution they work for, the number of children, weekly working time, professional seniority and ages. It has been determined that there is no difference between the burnout sub-dimensions of the participants and their educational and marital status. Suggestions were made as reported by the findings of the research.
