Abstract (EN)
With the enactment of plain packaging in 2012 in Australia, the fact that whether it includes a right to use that trademark and whether it can restrict trademark right has become the main topic. In thisstudy, the nature of trademark right is examined and it is revealed whether it includes a right to use, and afterwards, plain packaging regulations all around the world, alcohol regulations in Turkey and legal equivalents of such regulations are examined.
