Abstract (EN)
Today, our homes and our work places used in the distribution of electricity to our environment, located near electrical transformers are located. This medium voltage transformer is located in our cells. Medium voltage in the cells is of vital importance which we have greater convenience, and a composite material. This composite material, our epoxy. Property epoxy flammability, stability, electrical insulation, such as plastic resin, you can easily and easily get into shape within loss cells with the patterns we want is the first choice. Epoxy molds these products are produced within the cell is called the pole. By injecting a special gas called SF6 is used in the Poles. The epoxy must retain this gas, because this gas to create the Arc of the Arc extinguishing capability. The explosion of the Poles, the Arc formation is an unwanted situation and the people around him to lose his life.The analysis and design of poles, the epoxy needs to be changed. Remaining subtle in design, mold, weak points are identified and the principal causes of failure less resin Dalton should be investigated. The pattern of the revisions made for the strengthening required for the pole and epoxy should be provided. In our research, epoxy scrutinized to the last detail during the design phase of the pole design to make perfect unbreakable made necessary revisions will be conducted. After making the necessary calculations and tests, the epoxy we will have a design that has much more power pole breakage. Thus, the power loss during transformer fires and human deaths to cracking chipping during installation and use shall be minimized.
