Abstract (EN)

At the present time increasing diseases, various heterocyclic compounds are synthesized and their biological activities are investigated. These studies are important to be up against with vital diseases such as AIDS and cancer. This study aims that to increase the number of synthesis of heterocyclic compounds and reveal new studies which may be useful in the field of health due to their biological structure. Using aniline derivatives (paratoluidine, methoxy aniline, bromo aniline) together with 2-aminoacetophenone eight dibenzo[b,h][1,6] naphthyridine compounds were synthesized via one pot reaction. Reactions were carried out using ethanol solvent at room temperature and reflux temperature. The synthesized compounds also contain compounds which remain in imine form without ring closure in the final step. These compounds were found to form the naphthyridine derivative by ring closure when refluxed. The structures of the synthesized compounds are characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.
