Evaluation of digital banking services in the pandemic period: An application in Ankara and Baghdad

The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the evaluations of bank customers in Ankara and Baghdad regarding the digital banking applications they experienced during the Covid-19 period. The data used to test the hypotheses, which were created for the purposes of the study, were collected through questionnaires and T-test, ANOVA test, and simple and multiple linear regression methods were used in the analysis of these data. According to the results, it has been revealed that digital banking applications offered by banks that want to offer more digital banking products and services by increasing customer satisfaction should be safe, fast, and easy to use. It is thought that the findings obtained in this study provide useful information to the interested parties.
