The process of banks' adaptation to digital banking has to be as fast as it is difficult. The reason for this is that in a competitive market environment, banks must be able to quickly adapt to the changes in order to compete with other banks. In this process, banks carry out many studies together, such as developing their technological infrastructure, transferring banking branch services to digital channels, and developing the service and product network of call centers. In the last part of the study, how digital banking will affect participation banking, participation banking examples in the world and in Turkey, processes such as transferring participation banking processes to digital channels are examined. In particular, the effects of technological developments and developing digital banking on participation banks, such as the sustainability and control of digitalization, have been examined through the examples of participation banks in Turkey and the world.
