The impact of digital services on user satisfaction in university libraries: The case of Bartın University Library

This study aims to examine the effects of digital services on user satisfaction in university libraries. Within the scope of the study, the perception of digital services in Bartın University Library by users and the effects of these services on user satisfaction were evaluated. In the study, the presentation method of digital services, frequency of use and user satisfaction levels were measured through a survey, which is a quantitative research method. The sample of the study consists of undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students who actively use Bartın University Library, as well as academic and administrative staff. A survey form developed by the researcher and consisting of three main sections was used as the data collection tool. This survey includes the demographic information of the participants, their views on digital services and their experiences regarding service use.
