Abstract (EN)
The digital revolution continues to develop and spread in art practices, as it affects many fields today. Especially with digital mediums, it is of interest to artists as new possibilities emerge in the plastic analysis of work, being suitable for interdisciplinary work, enabling new spatial solutions, and opening the way for new conceptual inquiries. It also shortens physical distances basis network connections; softening the perceptual boundaries between virtual and augmented realities and between concrete and abstract; In terms of being positioned between real and virtual spaces, digital mediums also open the way for new art experiences to the audience. The structure of the medium that builds digital spaces is formed by computer software, which is a universal language. This situation has combined the art practices created with digital mediums and the space that covers these practices in code specific. In this context, digital art practices are integrated at the base of the conceptual context, not the material. At the same time, the code sequence makes the space where the work is located reproducible. This code sequence, which paves the way for the reproduction of the work and the simultaneous viewing of the work on a global scale, also creates the fictional structure of reality in digital space. In the constructed space, the work can only be visible when the audience penetrates the senses through which they perceive the world. For this reason, digital spaces devoid of origin and reality are constructed as simulations with a constructivist attitude. In this context, mediums, which enable digital spaces to be constructed with code, have opened new areas where the real and the imaginary are lost in each other.
