Ill SUMMARY Masters Thesis DESING OF DIGITAL MICRO-VOLTMETER Mehmet GEDİKPINAR Fırat University Graduate Scholl of Natural and Arched Sciences Department of Electrical Training 1998, Page: 87 In this study, very low voltages are measured, by making a micro-voltmeter. Some improvements are done for the designed device to measure accurate and precisely. Op-Amps with high input impedance and low offset are used. Because signals taken from sensors generally are very low. Voltages between 1 and 1000 micro volt can be measured by the designed device with % 1 error. Before the first measurement, it was seen that offset bias should be set to zero, detecting the effect of instability on environments temperature of circuit components.
