The development and iimportance of the art of exlibris on the digital platform with the works and representation of Martin R. Baeyens

''The development and importance of the art of exlibris on the digital platform with the works and representation of Martin R. Baeyens.'' The main purpose of this research is to create a source for scientific studies by means of the general characteristics of the art of exlibris through the analysis of documents from the qualitative data collection methods, the historical development process, the technical characteristics and the technology and the position on the digital platform. This research consists of nine chapters. In the first chapter, theoretical foundations and literature search about the art of exlibris were made. In the second part of the research; the problem, the limitations and the purpose and the importance of the research are stated. In the fourth chapter, with the definition and general function of exlibris and its history, the symbols used in the exlibris printing techniques were supported with visualizations. Exlibris collecting and exlibris exchange letter were examined and the institutions and organizations related to exlibris art were examined and determined. In the fifth chapter, the effects of digital technology in the field of art and its usability in exlibris production are examined and supported by visuals. In the sixth chapter, the Belgian artist Martin R. Baeyens; face to face interviews, phone and e-mail communication with the data collected by the biography, artwork analysis and artist analysis was made. In the seventh chapter, the activities and exlibris works of Yurduşen Konanç are included. In the eighth chapter, the findings and comments obtained in the research were expressed. In the ninth section, results and recommendations related to the research are given. The art of exlibris, which uses all the printing techniques of his time in the field of application, has changed in the fields of technique and application in the face of rapid development of technology, like other arts, and printmaking artist Martin R. Baeyens contributed to this change in integration of traditional and technological disciplines.
