Abstract (EN)

There have been many changes in the history of humanity that directly affect social and universal life. In terms of its effects, one of the most important technological developments has been digitalization in another sense. In this study, the change and process development of women's employment in our country and in the world has been examined, and the effects of women's employment on social, economic, individual and societal digitalization have been evaluated from various perspectives.Elements such as labor and employment, which are the key items of the labor market, together with the globalization era where the boundaries in the field of communication and mobility have been lifted, the development of technology that grows every day regardless of the area, the increasing population and the needs arising accordingly, social, environmental, climatic, economic and socio-cultural factors all kinds of demands in the fields have led to the emergence of different new business lines. Structural and functional changes in the labor factor paved the way for women to enter various sectors and business lines in labor-work life.In this study, the historical emergence of women's employment, its causes, change and impact processes were examined. From the last century to the present, the problems experienced by women in the labor labor market have been revealed. Based on gender inequality, which is one of the most common problems experienced by women in our country, the effects of digitalism on women's employment have been addressed in positive and negative aspects.
