Abstract (EN)

Developments in technology affects every sector especially financial insituties. There has been a significiant change in finance sector with the new technology innovations and financial technology organizations (Fintech). To keep up with the competitiors, banks need to implement their technology and digital transformation strategy in terms of new trends and transforming customer behaviours. Banks need to improve successful performance in technology, efficiency and innovation to meet customers demand and cut costs. As the internet rapidly get into our daily life, people have a new way for shopping and doing banking transactions. All manual transactions now can be done online that is faster, easier and more convenient. To make this happen, Fintech companies collabrote with banks to bring new solutions for customers such as digital wallets, online payment systems, contactless debit / credit card payment features, online customer service with video call, modern and more automated bank branches. With the good digital transformation strategy and foreseeing the risks, financial insituties can catch the new technology to implement it successfully. In this research and analysing of customer answers, comparing three different banks in Turkey and EMEA Region, we can see that there are differentations in customer preferences for their solutions. Catching the world standard for the financial technologies and implement it with a good strategy and infrastructure that will bring a huge competitive advantage.
