Abstract (EN)
With technological developments, many digital innovations have entered our lives. These innovations have led to major changes in the service sector, especially in the field of accounting, as in all sectors. Accounting professionals have to keep up with the digital transformation process in order to effectively fulfil their duties of recording, classifying and summarising the financial transactions of enterprises based on documents. Actively using digital tools is a critical component of this adaptation process. This study evaluates accountants' reasons for adopting digital tools and how they use them, based on the technology acceptance model. In this study, a quantitative analysis has been carried out with a relational model on Accounting Professionals operating in TRB2 Region (Van, Hakkâri, Bitlis and Mus) and Agrı province. Research data were collected through digital questionnaires. The data obtained were analysed using statistical methods. The findings reveal that accounting professionals have a positive approach to using digital tools and that the convenience and advantages offered by these tools positively affect their intention to use them.
