Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of internal and external focus of attention feedback sequence on the acquisition of tennis-specific skills (tennis targeting performance, tennis learning, attention capacity, balance, kinesthetic perception) in children. The sample of the study consists of 30 female and 30 male athletes, whose age is 10.24 ± 0.48 years. Participants in the study were randomly divided into 3 different groups. Groups; The External Focused Group (DDOG), the outward focused instruction group (n=20), the İnternal Focused Group (DIOG) the inward focused instructional group (n=20), the Control Group (KG) classical tennis training in training. receiving group (n=20). 60-minute training sessions were applied to all groups, 3 days a week for 8 weeks, with a total of 24 units of training. Measurement periods The Pre-Test was done before the training started, and the Post-Test was done at the end of the training period (at the end of the 8th week). The Memory Test (BT) was administered two weeks after the end of the training sessions. In the study, according to the data obtained from the Tennis Skill, Transfer Test, Memory Test and Kinesthetic Perception tests; It is understood that DDOG shows more improvement than DIOG and KG. According to the results of the Balance and Burdon Attention Test, it was determined that there was improvement in all groups, but there was no significant difference between the groups.
