Abstract (EN)
Language is a komplekses thing which a child can't control immediately. A language is a long process which takes place about the whole life. At the other hand translation is a process which is related to language. So it can be most probably come acoss with the linguistic problems.In this study, the detailed definition of the first- and second language will be done based on the views of many language experts on the language. Then, on the first language and second language acquisition and language learning theories will be srudied and the ways of language learning and acquisition of people will be tried to clarify.Also the definition of translation will be done and informed about the development of translation from past to present. The linguistic problems which we will be able to come across during the translation will be indicated and tried to beat one's brains out.
