Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, evolutionary approaches to the origins of language are examined, and their scientific validity and adaptability are compared. Regarding this, both the origin of modern humans and the driving forces in the creation of language by modern humans are discussed. In the context of the adaptation of Charles Darwin's genealogical tree based on common ancestry to the evolution of language and as a result of natural selection, it is analysed how language has diversified and metamorphosed and how the languages spoken today, including sign languages, have been shaped. Evidence that language has specific characteristics in the scope of the evolutionary process is explained in a descriptive framework. In conclusion, as a result of the rapid increase in technological developments and the deepening of the quality of the experiments carried out on primates, the findings on the validity of the evolutionary approach are comparatively analysed and demonstrated.
