Abstract (EN)
This thesis investigates Dmitri Shostakovich's contribution to the 20th century music; attitude of the regime and anxiety that he had to face during the creating process of his works. It also aims to analyze E Flat Major Cello Concerto opus 107. While the first section of the research contains Dmitri Shostakovich's life; the second section detailed information about the E Flat Major Violoncello Concerto.
