Abstract (EN)
The first disloyalty on earth started with Satan, who rebelled against Allah and claimed that he was created from fire, and the Man was created from clay and that fire was superior to clay. The situation is clearly explained in the Quran with cause-and-effect relations in the Surah of Bakara, the Surah of A'raf, the Surah of Hijr, the Surah Taha and the Sâd, and it is stated that this was the result of arrogance and conceit. Satan's rejection of prostrating to Adam, claiming superiority based on that he was created from fire, and disdaining Adam because he was created from clay are the first examples of betrayal of God's creation. As one can see, arrogance, stubbornness, patronizing and denial are all together to trigger disloyalty. The concept of disloyalty which is inherited from the Satan has been kept up to date since the first man and the first Prophet Adam. Although the meaning of the concept of disloyalty varies according to time, culture, customs and traditions, and geographical conditions, in general terms, continued to be used as meanings such as not protecting the entrusted, deceiving, harming, revealing secrets, breaking the treaties, breaking the religion of Allah, jealousy and deceiving spouse and the family. According to the Qur'an, disloyalty in the family or in the community that started with the Kabul, the son of the first man and the first prophet Adam, killing his brother Abel, took place for different reasons among all the prophets and the prominent people of their tribes. For example, the wives of the Prophet Noah and Prophet Lot were accused of disloyalty because they denied God's revelation and prophethood of their husbands, underestimated their husbands and mocked them, and the Israelites and Nasranians distorted the versicles of Allah and did not keep a significant part of the advice given. The Quran calls disloyal to the Jews of Qurayza, the Hypocrites, the polytheists, and some Muslims leaked some confidential information who broke their promises and their treaties with prophet Muhammed, those who do not protect the entrusted, those who do not give jobs to the competent ones, those who were deliberately flawed in the administration of public law, those who shift the blame by slandering, and those who perjures. It is also known that some crimes committed against the individual, family or the State are considered as disloyalty in the legal history of Roman, Byzantine, German, English, and Turkish. It is obvious that the main objective of Quran is to protect the Religion, the Possession, the Life, the Generation and the Mind. In this context, we can say that acts of disloyalty destroy those aimed to be protected. For example; falsification of the verses destroys the Religion, not protecting the entrusted and ungratefulness destroys the Possession; social chaos and massacres, danger of starvation, urder and isolation of girls by seeing them as ominous destroys the Life, threatening public health by making GMO foods become a part of daily life, and spreading adultery destroys the generation; and using drugs and drinking alcohol, making superstition as religions destroys the Mind. With all these qualifications, the concept of disloyalty is closely related to concepts such as cruel, infidel, hypocrite, polytheist, devious, sinner, arrogant, thief, adulterous, rebellious, murderer and ignorant.
