Values education in scripture class with a perspective of faith in "Allah"

It is aimed to bring forward a proposal, offer an example of practice in the light of information derived from the activities on how the values education can be done with the perspective of faith in Allah in the unit of faith in Allah in scripture class with the frame of achievements of this unit and which activities can be used, which values will the children be aware while learning the subjects of faith and which abilities they will display. It is studied to find answers to the questions "which activities can be done on the acquisitions of unit "Faith in Allah" in fifth grade in primary schools?" , "which skills will the students display as a result of these activities?" and "which values will they gain awareness about?". The study is done during nine weeks in the education year of 2018-2019 with 8 girls and 8 boys in fifth grade by 17 main activities. Easily reachable samples are used in the study while determining the study group. The data is gained by structured meeting, instruments, handmade crafts and observations of the researcher. The gained data is investigated with descriptive and context analysis. At the end of the research it is established that there are positive changes in the perceptions of the students on "belief, faith, faith in Allah, the existence of Allah, the reason of to believe in Allah, blessing, the subject in Quran, characteristics of the one believes in Allah" with the help of the activities done and the level of awareness to the values is increased. Additionally, it is seen that the most of the students reached the desired level of achievement with the activities done. The suggestions which the family should answer the children's questions proper to their age with conscience of sense of faith occurs in family at first, the educators of scripture class run their class in a activity based system and it is needed to give a course to the teachers to get their proficiency by the ministry of education and to provide essential atmosphere and conditions can be given in the context of the data gained with this research.
