Özet (EN)

With the start of the civil war in Syria in 2011, Turkey started to receive immigration intensively. With migration, conflict, integration, etc. processes began to occur. Children are the biggest victims of the migration process. When cultural codes are taken into account, girls are undoubtedly the most affected by this process. Being a woman in society brings with it some difficulties. And yet, existing in society as a migrant woman and moreover a girl is a problem in itself. This research aims to address the effect of religion on the socialization process of immigrant girls. In the study, qualitative research method was preferred according to data collection techniques. 30-40 minutes of interviews were conducted with 18 immigrant girls. Descriptive analysis and content analysis techniques were used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, the points where religion is effective in the socialization process of immigrant girls are family and kinship relations, social media, clothing, friendship relations, early marriage and worship.
