Mawlana's thought in respect of religious diversity

In today's world, it has become easier to interact with the culture and religions of different people with the effect of globalization. This raises some questions about how people will approach and evaluate each other's religious beliefs during their interaction. The discussion on this issue in the scientific field is also effective emergence of ''Religious Diversitiy'' which is one of the important problems of religion philosophy. In this thesis; Mawlana Jalal Al Din Muhammad el-Belhi el Rumi, one of the sufis of the Sufi tradition known as Mawlana, was evaluated in terms of the ''Religious Diversiy Problem'', which is a religious philosophy problem. Our thesis consist of two parts. In the first part, the conceptual framework of "Religious Diversity" was defined and religion was defined and then different religions in the World were mentioned in terms of diversity of religions. After then, ''Religious Diversity Problem'', which is one of the important topics in the philosophy of religion Religious Exclusivism, Religious Inclusivism and Religious Pluralism were examined as subheading of ''Religious Diversity Problem. '' In the second part of thesis; Mawlana Jalal Al Din Rumi's life and works, socio-cultural and political structure of the period he lived in were analyzed and his understanding of religion and God were evaluated. After then, some researchers' opinions about Mawlana Jalal Al Din Rumi's approach towards the diversity of religions were mentioned in terms of ''Religious Diversity'', Mawlana Jalal Al Din Rumi's approach towards different beliefs as well as his thoughts on truth and salvation were analyzed. With these evaluations, Mawlana Jalal Al Din Rumi's approach to Exclusivism, Inclusivism and Pluralism were tried to be analyzed as a result of this works.
