The aim of this research is to compose a useful guidebook putting forward some proposals for related institutions by seeking the ideas and expectations of the listeners who have been to the concerts performed by Symphony Orchestras and evaluating the results of the questionnaire.General concept of the research is consisted of the listeners of symphony orchestras and their opinions and the particular concept is based on the listeners of Eskişehir Symphony Orchestra. As a technical way to collect data, questionnaires were done to listeners. The data collected from the results of the questionnaires were evaluated with SPSS 15.0 statistics programme and also commented.As a result it has been observed that the listeners who have been to the concerts don?t have enough information about the symphony orchestras. To increase the listeners? interests about classical music and respond their expectations, some proposals have been suggested.
