Abstract (EN)
The biological activities of 4-amino benzoic acid derivatives are high. The high degree of activity of the activities has a wide use in the field of medicine. Antioxidant, diuretic, antibacterial, antihypertensive, anti-HIV and anti tumor features are some of the derivatives of 4-amino benzoic acid compound. In this work, dioxocyclohexylidene methylaminobenzoic acid derivative compounds were made by mixing 4-amino benzoic acid and 1,3-diketone compounds with triethylorthoformate reactant in DMF solvent for five hours at one hundred degrees centigrade. These synthesized compounds were mixed with ethylcsianoacetate in DMF under potassium tertiary butoxide catalysis for 3 hours at room temperature to synthesize dioxotetrahydroisoquinolinyl benzoic acid derivative compounds resulting in ring formation. NMR, IR, Elemetal Analysis of the synthesized compounds.
