Abstract (EN)
At this study circular thrust bearings, annular thrust bearings and combination of this bearings with capillary and orifice compansation explored. Optimization of capillary and orifice controlled bearings are analyzed and at this optimization work multi criteria method is used. This study is a computer aided optimization work.First of all workouts about circular and annular thrust bearings which are studied before are considered. According to this studies, multi criteria method is chosen for being more realistic at optimization.Variously from the other studies which are made before capillary and orifice compansation with thrust bearings are examined and this type controlled thrust bearings are optimized. With this study the formulations of friction power, pump power, total power, volumetric flow rate, recess pressure and increase of temperature for capillary and orifice controlled circular and annular thrust bearings are derived. At optimization work matlab is used for getting results. At this programe bearing type and compansation element type are chosen by the user and some datas for bearing are entered manually. By using this datas, general calculations and optimization results are computed and displayed on the screen.
