The importance of early identification of dyslectic individuals&studying and comparison on applications in the country and abroad on dyslexia education.

This is a research that was used qualitative research method. The purpose of this study is to increase the knowledge of teachers who come into contact with dyslexia, school guidance teachers, class teachers and parents. In addition, In this study, the importance of the process of diagnosis and social life of people living in the country and abroad who has reading and writing difficulties, their challenges and solutions were aimed to pass through the interview. The aim is to observe these people in reading, school life, work life, whether they were successful in interaction with friends and teachers and what type of behavior they had been demonstrating on the solution of problems. With the research teachers and administrators working on different levels of education and training are expected to draw attention. In addition, awareness of the necessity on implementation of a special program will be ensured for the students with dyslexia. This study consists of three phases. In the first stage in Turkey, Denmark, the UK and Italy, Civil Society Organizations were studied working in the field of dyslexia and such topics as activities, study subjects, the structure of these non-governmental organizations were described. In the second stage in our country, in Denmark, the UK and Italy, the current regulations on dyslexia were examined, the similarities and differences were compared The third stage, three dylectic individuls from each Turkey, Denmark, Great Britain and Italy, for a total of twelve individuals who have difficulty reading and writing were interviewed with the support of experts working in the field of dyslexia. On the construction of non-governmental organizations working on dyslexia-related activity in our country and abroad, mostly in abroad were found to be in the form of construction of the federation. In our country, it is known that there are just two associations working on this area of activity. In addition, in this area, in Italy on 2009,2010 and 2011 Italy Telecom were found to be the sponsor for the activities of the Association of Dyslexia. With the existing regulations related to dyslexia in Turkey, Italy, the UK and Denmark, especially in Denmark and the UK measures were taken to facilitate the lives of dyslectics and the life of dyslectics determined not only in the field of education but also in a lot of fields including the labor market as well. As a result of the interviews with individuals with dyslexia in the country and abroad; was seen that there are differences compared to our country on issues such as school performance. adapt to social life, awareness, communication. In our country, the need to increase the works in this area, the informative and awareness-raising activities were awared.
