Abstract (EN)
In this study, an optimization analysis of the hydraulic gear pump cover has been conducted. The sample of hydraulic pump cover have been modelled as parametric 3 dimensions. Stress and deformation analysis of the modelled hydraulic pump cover has been realised with using finite element method. To prevent the value of stress concentration on the hydraulic pump cover and keep the stress values on the safe side, design inputs were not exceed. According to the analysis results of this optimization study; wall thickness of the hydraulic pump cover has been reduced. Keywords: Optimization, Hydraulic Pump, Ansys, Gear Pump, Hydraulic.
