Abstract (EN)

The dental function lost due to different reasons can be recovered by means of implant treatment. This treatment option is particularly complex in atrophic full toothless jaws. Patients can be treated with different techniques with implants placed in different length, diameter and position. However, there are still doubts as to which of these treatment methods are more advantageous. In our study, we evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment options compared to each other by diversifying the seven different models with two different diameters using different number, angle and length implants applied to the full toothless atrophic mandibula, and we aimed to determine the ideal treatment option that we can apply in the atrophic mandibula. In the models planned using the finite element analysis technique, the angle, length, length and diameter of the implant, as well as the stresses on the bone tissue around the implants and surrounding, as well as the presence of the flank prosthesis have been investigated. In this study, the exact toothless atrophic mandible was modeled in the modeling stage in order to reflect the reality of the results obtained in this study. After the implants were placed on the model, the prosthesis was modeled on the Co-Cr metal substructure using feldspatic porcelain and acrylic. In order to better simulate the oral environment on these models, the 200 N force at a 45 degree angle was applied bilaterally from the buccal cusp of the teeth. When the results were compared with the appropriate parameters, it was observed that the presence of fever increased the stress on the bone around the implant and implant, and the use of angled implants showed similar performance in large-scale implants compared to flat implants. It has been found that short implant use is a good option for eliminating the effect of the patient. It has been determined that decreasing the implant diameter increases the stress on the implant and its surrounding in all models and decreases the service life of the implants.
