Abstract (EN)

Composed between 13-19 century in Anatolia and reflected features of Islamic cultures, Classical Turkish Poetry has had a wide cultural knowledge of Ottoman Empire which has outspreaded to three continent. With its this wide spreaded in geography and its cultural richness, ıt has had a rich language and continued to keep its effectiveness. In Classical Turkish Poetry which passed through various periods during the six centuries, several countries and cities have been mentioned by the influences of Ottoman Empire. These places' names were used for just geographical location and sometimes were replaced in poetry to their historical and economic importance. Baghdad important for caliphate outority, Halep famous for fabric, Indian for special spices, Damascus for saber are some of the examples of these. But there are some cities that symbolize our customs and fictions of poetry. For poetry who circumambulate to this dear's step and villiage for belaved's pearl teeth Aden and Bahreyn for red and vicious lips. Bedehshan for her unique beauties and odour Chinese poetries use art such as comporision doubt and implied. For this work we use text and verse which sample the importance of classical poetry which searching classical poetry and we mention the historical and geographical features of places' names in poetry.
