Diyabetli çocuklarda D vitamini ve kalsiyum düzeylerinin tahmini

The goal of this research is to the estimation of vitamin D and calcium levels in children with and without diabetes disease, evaluation of some biochemical tests and study the effect of gender and weight on study parameters and study the correlations between these parameters in diabetes children patients group and healthy individuals control groups. The results revealed that there is an essential difference in gender parameters of the two study groups, whereas it seems that the males were more sensitive to diabetes than the females. The outcomes indicated no substantial change in weight and age of the tested groups, The results of the study of the estimation of vitamin levels showed that levels of vitamin D were correlated with diabetes in children diabetes reduced levels of vitamin D in the patients. The results pointed out that the patient group significantly excelled in Ca concentration as compared to a healthy control group. The results indicated significant differences in the mean PTH level between the patient and control groups, the patient group showed significant elevation in PTH level. The study of the effect of urea level on the development of children's diabetes revealed that urea level was significantly elevated in the patient group as compared to the healthy control group. The finding appeared that the patient group significantly excelled in alkaline phosphatase levels in the blood serum of patients with diabetes as compared to healthy persons.
