The interest-awareness of personnel of Presidency of Religious Affairs (Example of Sakarya )

The global financial crises of the last fifty years in the world have made the interest-based banking system questionable and the countries in the search for a more inclusive have made it more inclusive of the participation banking to be on their agenda. Apart from the fact that all divine religions overlap with unfalsed general principles, and especially from the interest that Islamic religion is forbidden, the participation banks, which make a great contribution to the economy of production and the country, must maintain their place in the traditional financial system and at the same time must grow even more in places where Muslim people live intensely. In Turkey, where 99% of the population are Muslims, the main task in this issue is to carry out work related to the beliefs, worship and moral principles of Islamic Religion, to enlighten the society on religion ... (TBMM 1965) The Presidency of Religious Affairs has undertaken. It is very important that the interest of the religious staff who are in the public with the formation of the interest-free system is maintained. Islamic economy and interest will be a great influence in the establishment of interest-free stereotypes of the personnel of religion who have the necessary knowledge and sensitivity. There are quite a lot of scientific studies to investigate the factors that affect the services and products of participation banks in our country. However, the number of scholarly studies on the perception of Islamic Economy and Participation Banking and interest sensitivity of religious scholars regarded as role models and valued by the vast majority of the society is too few to be tried. The aim of this study is to make a contribution, if at all, to the literature. In order to attain this goal, a sample of the participation banks and the general information to be given about the interest was taken from the personnel of Diyanet among the persons working in the province of Sakarya. Data were collected by applying sample mass survey technique. The explanatory factor analysis was applied. In the fourth section, the results of this analysis are included.
