Abstract (EN)

Natural disasters and traffic accidents are painful incidents that cause many people to die in our country and in the world. Persons and institutions responsible for preventing these disasters are obliged to develop various practices. The biggest problem is that people do not adopt the activities to prevent losses in natural disasters. In our country, natural disasters are generally misinterpreted through the perception of divine providence, destiny and submission; The human responsibility aspect of the problem is ignored. This study aims to correct the misconceptions that society has developed as a reflex of consolation and consolation in the face of natural disasters and traffic accidents. The human factor in the face of natural disasters, the competence of the human will, the precautions and the things to be done in the face of natural disasters were emphasized. It has been tried to draw attention to the fact that precautions and adherence to rules are lifesaving in natural disasters and traffic accidents where human responsibility is at the center. Islam religion of man; Having the right understanding of fate and trust in the face of natural disasters and traffic accidents, he ordered him to develop measures against these disasters in line with his reason and will. It is essential to follow scientific and technical advances and take protective measures. It is not the right approach to interpret the events that happen to him as divine providence and fall into laziness.
