Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was found out by being used emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES), the techniques of infusing and wet burning, content of trace element of Tilia sp. which is sold without any package in the herbalist and the examples of Tilia sp. in packages picked up in the fields. In order to make this study, the flowers were picked up from the trees in Rize (center), Ardeşen, Pazar, Fındıklı, Derepazarı and also the regions which are intensified in terms of traffic or not. Moreover, linden tea sold without packages in the herbalist and linden-tea bag sold in the markets were used as the basic materials. In the analysis performed, both in the plant extract and in the patterns of tea infused and also in the areas which are intensified by the traffic, it was seen that the whole trace element much more got together. Nonetheless, when the duration of infusing was taken into the consideration, parallelly to increasing the duration of infusing, the concentration of trace element didn't change in a significant and meaningful way. It was defined that the values were close to each other in terms of duration, the data provided by the study didn't give any differences. It was percieved that in the linden picked up from the field and the one sold without packages. Many metals were less mixtured with the infusing water when the duration of infusing were taken into the consideration, furthermore, the results of wet burning included more heavy metal. When the wet burning and the results of infusing were evaluated totally in terms of the traffic, all elements were defined to become together much more in the region of the intensified traffic.
