Abstract (EN)

Our country is adjacent to hydrocarbon-rich countries in terms of geological location and is located in the transition corridor of energy lines. It houses many national and international pipelines and the works of new ones are continuing. In order to carry the experience and knowledge gained in this field to the next level, it closely follows new technologies and implements their applications. The digital radiography method is also a newly applied radiography method in pipelines in our country. In this study, the evaluation of the systems whose preliminary studies have been carried out in order to be used as an alternative to the classical radiography (Gamma and X-Ray) methods that have been applied since the 1900s is included. By examining the digitalization steps in radiography, information was given about the infrastructure of real-time digital radiography applied. In this thesis, the advantages and weaknesses of the digital radiography method to the classical radiography methods are examined and presented with technical details. Comparisons were made in terms of applicability under field conditions, image quality obtained and cost. Information has been given about the effects of the different designs of the DR method on the applications in the field. The effects of real-time film evaluation on the project schedule have been mentioned as it increases speed compared to the old radiography methods. As a result, digital radiography and the method of filtering of the image in a computer environment to increase visibility by doing a high capability in conjunction with the ability to capture errors in the source is very high, allowing you to gain instant access supplies and in other methods of post-project storage costs, eliminate a smaller team carried out the operation to be fast and reliable method to be specified and lowering the cost to be preferred applications in the field of causes have been proposed.
