Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effective quarries by determining the working efficiency of natural quarries by data envelopment analysis method. While data envelopment analysis was performed, two separate zones were formed as dolomatic gray dolomatic beige quarries in Isparta Sütçüler region and silver travertine quarries in Afyonkarahisar Emirdağ region. Data were collected from twelve quarries in Emirdağ and twelve Isparta quarries and efficiency analyzes were conducted in the "DEA Fronteir" program. As input, construction machinery, drilling and cutting machines, number of employees are taken as basis, output and turnover and production amount are taken into consideration. These data were calculated by using the program A DEA Fronteir leri. Input-oriented BCC (Banker Charnes Cooper) and CCR (Charnes Cooper Rhodes) method were applied. As a result of this study, determination of effective quarries and interpretation of input oriented results were made. Depending on the most effective value, changes in input values and performance improvements in the quarries were determined.
