Abstract (EN)
Since the primitive times, nature has always been in a teaching position for mankind. The attitudes of mankind towards nature have been shaped and changed according to periodic events. The human species considered nature as a perfect design that needs to be imitated, evaluated as a horrific force to be fought or used it as a resource to exploit. In all this process, art is always remained its existence as a bridge between nature and humankind. Especially in the period until the Renaissance, the attitude towards nature is generally nothing but imitation with pure admiration. After Hyperrealism which is from modern time art movements, this attitude has been reappeared with a similar attitude but with more detailed and technical knowledge. This research includes observations on how nature is examined throughout history in the axis of art and science and evaluates how hyperrealism handles nature in the field of ceramics. Keywords: Nature, Ceramic Art, Hyperrealism.
