Foreign direct investments, study case; Azerbaijan

Nowadays due to acceleration of the globalization process foreign direct investments (FDI) became one of the most important goals in the way to achieve economic integration. In this respect it is fair to say that FDI replaced the worldwide function of the international trade of 1950?s and 1960?s years. Foreign investments and its social and economic influences in gigantic dimensions resulted with different views originated from different types of approaches.With this study within borders of scientific objectivity, the development process had DFI after the evolution had been investigated and the influences of foreign investments on economy had been evaluated benefiting from area investigating.After analyzing theory of Foreign Direct Investment in this theses investigated Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of FDI in Azerbaijan.
