Factors determining direct foreign capital investments: From the profile of firms, factories and employers a case study in Gaziantep

While the foreign investors making a decision for an investment fora country, there are a lot of evaluation criteria that they take intoconsideration. The leading among these is political and economic criteria.The aims of this thesis is to explain relationship between the directforeign capital investments and employers. It is the most important factordoing in this work is the limited number of works addressing as a whole thisissue and the absence of any works related the city Gaziantep in this issue.The works is consist of three sections in the first section the foreigncapital have been studied in the conceptional and historical perspective. Inthe second section, regional and theoretical approaches that aimed to explainthe environment of foreign capital in theory and practice have been putforward. And also in practice some examples from the world has beenreveald and has been analysed the foreign capital related to Turkey. In thelas section, an application that aimed to measure views of employers thatacts in Gaziantep city to direct foreign capital investments. Practice sectiondepending on categorized qualities of employers, their direct foreign capitalinvestment views have been analyzed by certain chosen parameters. Tomeasure statistical hypothesis has been used the SPSS and EViewsprograms has been done to measure research hypothesis, the unvaried andmulti varied regression analysis.In the conclusion section, it has been tried the work has beensummarized generally. It has been stressed the works related the views ofthe employers and management to foreign capital.
