The potential of winter tourism in Kazakhstan in terms of attracting foreign direct investments

Tourism activities in 1950 after showing great improvement across national boundaries and global economic developments have led the hotel business to diversification products and to invest in new tourism centers. Multinational companies in different countries have the opportunity to do it in different ways. Licensing agreements, franchising, management contracts, strategic partnerships and joint ventures are among some of the most common of these. Also the emergence of new Technologies in transportation and communication systems, sustainability, and external factors such as globalization much more flexible management styles, internal factors such as the environment, international tourism also causes further expansion of new tourist demands. All these factors are changing the behavior of the tourist production and consumption. Tourism and leisure movements, in terms of increasing international foreign exchange is directly related to the inflows and less developed because lack of information in hotel and tourism management in projects and finance transactions in these areas leads to the increase of foreign direct investment in the tourism sector. The aim of this master degree dissertation called "The potential of winter tourism in Kazakhstan in terms of attracting foreign direct investments" is to review the condition of foreign direct investment to country on particularly the tourism sector, arise positive and negative effects of foreign direct investment to the region where the coming of winter tourism potential of the area South and southeast of the country abroad in the development of infrastructure services and to development strategies and solutions.
