In Foreign Law, states have different methots. Especially,investment law, states have various rules. As it?s known that, in a foreigndirect investment, there?re three basic elements. These are, host state,fountain state and investor.In 2003, Foreign Direct Investment Law (FDIL-DYYK) (code number4875), was accepted. By this statu, YSTK (code number 6224) wasabrogated. With DYYK, foreign investors became a good position.Various facilities were accepted. First of all, all permissions whichwere to get from the Ministry of Treasury, were annuled.In FDIL-DYYK,it is arranged that foreign investors will be equal tonational investors. And also, it?s stated that, a foreign investment will notnationalize, if there isn?t any public interest and any compensation.By the law of 4875, it?s allowed that, investors can transfer theirinterest from Turkey to their native countries.Foreign investors may own immovable in Turkey, and employforeign workers. At the same time investors may aplly not only arbitration,but also other methots as concilication.To sum up, by the law of 4875, foreign direct investors became aprofitable position, in Turkey.
