Various reflector types are being used for giving shape to lamp?s light. Distribution of luminous intensity and distribution of illumination?s characteristic changes according to reflector type which uses with a specific lamp. In this working, speciality of reflectors that designed for linear florescent lamps and results which reached in point of distribution of luminous intensity, light output ratio of luminaire, regularity of distribution of illumination have been represented. The working consist of thirteen basic chapter. In chapter 1, by entering into the subject, target and content of the working has been defined. In chapter 2, information about definition of luminaire and reflector have been presented. In chapter 3, specialities of luminaire have been examined under the title of luminous flux, distribution of luminous intensity, distribution of illumination and light output ratio of luminaire. In chapter 4, information about light reflection types of reflective surfaces have been presented. In chapter 5, geometrical specialities of reflector types which have been used with linear fluorescent lamps have been presented. In chapter 6, condition of reflector desing and pursued approach in appreciation about regularity of distribution of illumination have been explained. Furthermore, investigations intended for louvre design have been done. In chapter 7, general cylinder reflectors have been examined, distribution of luminous intensity and distribution of illumination which ascertained result of different pattern exercise have been presented. In chapter 8, elliptical cylinder reflectors have been designed, distribution of luminous intensity and distribution of illumination which ascertained result of different pattern exercise have been investigated. In chapter 9,10 and 11 in order of parabolic cylinder, hyperbolic cylinder and plane reflectors have been discussed, changing on distribution of luminous intensity and distribution of illumination for these reflectors have been investigated by explaining exercise conditions. In chapter 12, produced pattern luminaire?s measuring and analysis results have been compared.
