Abstract (EN)
Aim: To reveal the success of the stem cell transplant patients in Eastern Anatolia in the form of numerical data in the form of concrete data. Thus, it is aimed to determine the success rates of transplantation in transplanted patients and to give us an idea about future studies and to determine the recovery rates of the patients as a result of this study. Material and Method: Patients diagnosed with ALL are checked for HLA compatibility with their donor for transplantation. For this, HLA class I and II polymorphisms were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method using sequence-specific primers (SSP) and sequence-specific oligonucleotides (SSO). At the same time (Next Generation Sequencing), tissue compatibility studies were performed using the NGS method. Results: In total, different transplants, including autologous transplant, allogeneic intra-relative transplant, allogeneic unrelated transplant, and haploidentic transplant, were performed from 530 patients who applied to our hospital for these bone marrow diseases on the specified dates. Among these nails, the patients with the most transplants are those with autologous transplants. Again, the group of patients with the lowest rate of transplantation from these transplantation types is the haploidentic transplantation group. Conclusion: Our hospital performed a total of 530 transplants between 2018 and 2020. A significant number of them are ALL patients. The number of patients who had allogeneic inbreeding transplants from 530 patients between 2018-2020 was 129. The number of patients referred to Türkök, that is, allogeneic unrelated transplants, is 69. The number of haploidentic patient transplants that are not fully compatible in terms of HLA is 8. The number of patients with autologous transplantation is 334. All of these transplants continued successfully, increasing year by year. Keywords: Allogeneic transplant, Türkök, HLA, ALL
