Abstract (EN)
Gender-based roles built in the context of gender are shaped by both the dominant patriarchal reflexes and the dynamics within the patriarchal system, which enables the organization of these roles. In this study, in the recent years, we have discussed the living standards and changing social positions of women in the Eastern Anatolia region with the Varto Muş example. We have analyzed the social, cultural and economic dynamics of women who have all the activities in all aspects of social life, the changing life practices in the historical process, the difficulties they face, and the factors that affect them. Through the data presented in the study, we tried to present all the symbolic codes that make up th women's life practices, cultural patterns that constitute these practices and the social equivalent of these patterns in the light of local national and universal dynamics. In this context, a more egalitarian fundamentally regulated gender regime is seen as more and more jobs for man rather than woman. Therefore, in order to socialize women's identity in socio-cultural sense, it is necessary to solve the patriarchal forms of domination created by man. For a fairer and more beautiful world, there is always a need for socially aware work like this, in order to achieve more sustainable living standards for woman whose sexual policies are produced through the body in the simplest way. Key Words: Female, male, gender, feminism, social change, economy, culture.
