Abstract (EN)
The general aim of this study was to determine the attitudes of women aged 15-49 towards the use of family planning and Covit-19 anxiety levels. Materials and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted between May and December 2022 with 375 women who applied to a Family Health Center affiliated to Istanbul/Bagcılar District Health Directorate between July 2020 and September 2022. Data were collected using the Personal Questionnaire, Family Planning Attitude Scale and Coronovirus Fear Scale. The data were statistically analyzed. Descriptive statistics (minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation) were calculated to answer the research questions, and age, marital status (, p > .05), educational status (, p < .05), employment status (, p < .05), income levels (, p > . 05), number of children, covid status, receiving family planning counseling ( p < .05), the relationship of women's covid-19 anxiety levels with age, (r =.10, p < .05). marital status, ( p > .05), education status p < .05, employment status( p > .05). income status [F(2-356) = .282, p > .05]. number of children (r =.09, p > .05). status of receiving family planning counseling (t(336) = 1.061, p > .05), covid status (t(371) = .563, p > .05). In this study, it was found that women's attitudes towards family planning differed according to their social-demographic characteristics, and maternal factors changed the scale scores. Covid-19 status was found to have an effect on family planning attitudes.
