Abstract (EN)

This thesis presents the development of a web-based "Quality Control Tracking Software" designed to digitalize quality control processes in the textile industry. The system is designed to replace traditional manual methods by integrating modules for fabric defect tracking, analysis, and reporting, thus enhancing both accuracy and operational efficiency. By combining defect entry, production batch tracking, analysis, and reporting in a single platform, the software reduces human error and helps identify root causes of weaving defects. Pilot implementations demonstrated measurable improvements such as shorter defect detection times, higher user satisfaction, and a notable decrease in overall defect rates. With its ability to provide real-time data on loom performance and defect patterns, the system serves as a powerful tool to enhance production quality and deliver economic benefits. As such, it offers a scalable solution suitable for widespread adoption and contributes to the digital transformation of the Turkish textile sector.
