King B fluorescent pigment, levan production, oxidase, potato soft rot,argininedihydrolase gelatin hydrolysis, colony characteristics on YDC, tobaccohypersensitivity, nitrate reduction,lesithinase, starch hydrolysis, compoundtestcatalase, O/F, NaCl tollerence, casein hydrolysis, citrat tests, ELİSA test,determination of fat acid profil have been gone to diagnosis.Yum-öz 1b1 isolate has beenfound to resemble Pseudomonas corrugataGSPB(1224) according to levan, oxidase potato pectolitic activity arginin and HRtest on tobacco, but other test have been found different. İk-id2-1a isolate is departetfrom Pseudomonas cichorii from point of viev sucroz, sorbitol, trehaloz tests.
