Özet (EN)

As a result of the KOH protocols used in IVF applications, obtaining multiple embryos, retaining a large number of good quality embryos after embryo transfer, OHSS and related complications in PCOS patients prevention, presence of uterine or tubal anomalies are indications that require embryos to be frozen. İn the frozen-thawed embryo transfer group; It is known that embryo freezing day, woman's age, the number of transferred embryos, endometrial thickness and vitrification method have different effects on embryo viability and clinical pregnancy outcomes after thawing.(Loutradi at al., 2008; Lan at al., 2019) In this study, 808 cases with embryos were cryopreserved and transferred by thawing them in another cycle (DET). These cases are examined in a retrospective way. In this study, clinical pregnancy results were examined according to female age, endometrial thickness, transfer date and number of embryos transferred. Patients were not offered any treatment other than routine treatment. There are many advantages to the freeze-storage of embryos and the transfer of thawed embryos by thawing them in another cycle (DET). With this method, long-term treatment of hormone medications to women is prevented and high pregnancy rates, which will not require many stages of in vitro fertilization, are provided and couples are provided with many economic and psychological advantages. When the whole study was evaluated, the transfer of embryos to another cycle (DET) by freezing was seen as a cumulative method for increasing the chances of success in assisted reproduction techniques (ART). In addition, the importance of endometrial thickness, single or two embryo transfer and blastocyst transfer was understood in success.
