Abstract (EN)
Dynamic analysis of the rotating beams is performed. The beam is modeled according to the Euler Bernoulli beam theory. Material properties are homogeneous. Flapwise motion of the rotating beam is examined. Four different cases are discussed for the beam cross section uniform beam, linear variation of the width, linear variation of the height, and where both width and height change are examined. All these cases are examined in an increasing and decreasing way according to the section change coefficient. The mathematical model of the beam is obtained using Hamilton's Principle. In the solution of the obtained motion equation. Multiple Scale Perturbation Method and Galerkin method are used. The originality of the study is firstly applied to Perturbation Method in the vibration analysis of the beam. The equation is divided into ranks. Shape functions are obtained with Galerkin method. Natural frequency values are obtained for all beam sections examined. As a result of the solutions. the regions where resonance will occur are determined. Natural frequency graphs of the beam are given.
