Abstract (EN)
In the first part of the thesis, the definition of cyclotomic numbers, their properties, 1st order, 2nd order, 3rd order and 4th order cyclotomic numbers and cyclotomic classes are given. In addition the definition and properties of difference sets are given and the relationship between cyclotomic classes and difference sets investigated. In the basic part of the study, a coding study was conducted by the MATLAB programming language for obtaining the difference sets acquired from the particular cyclotomic classes. Source codes are given in the last part of the thesis.
