Abstract (EN)
This research is a cross-sectional study aiming to determine the effect of transformative leadership characteristics of health personnel working in a public hospital in Ankara on organizational behavior. The population of the research consists of health personnel working in a public hospital in Ankara. The data obtained during the research were brought together with the survey method. The data collection tools of the research consist of three parts. The first part of the scale form consists of the personal data form. The form consists of determined questions that include basic demographic information of health professionals working in public hospitals. The scales to be used in the research are listed below. The first scale to be used in the research (Transformational Leadership Scale), developed by Avolio and Bass (2004), was translated into Turkish by Koç (2020) and was designed to analyze health workers. The second scale to be used in the study (Organizational Culture Scale) was developed by Denison (1990) and translated into Turkish by Yahyagil (2004) and adapted to healthcare professionals. In addition, when looking at the results of the research, it was revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the scales. In other words, when we look at the evaluations between Transformational Leadership and its Sub-Dimensions and Organizational Culture and its Sub-Dimensions, it is understood that both scales affect each other, but the awareness in one also motivates the other.
