Abstract (EN)
In this research,the effect of transformist leadership behaviours on Staff?s Job Satisfaction is observed.Samples of the research consist of 45 army officers who work in a military platon in Ankara.In the research, 3 ways of data gathering process are used: in the first section, info about participants; in the second section? Transformist Leadership Inquiry;in the third section ? Staff?s Job Satisfaction Inquiry?.Personal Info Section is composed of 8, Transformist Leadership Inquiry is composed of 40, Job Satisfaction Inquiry is composed of 15 different statements.In addition to statistical techniques,according to the types of data groups in double-grouped comparison,Stıdent T test is used in case data is distributed normally, Mann-Whitney U test is used in case data is not distributed normally.In triple or more comparisons in case data is distributed normally ANOVA test is used,in case data is not distributed normally Kruskall-Wallis test is used. The relation between the variants is observed through Correlation Analysis.The inventions show that army officers working in military platon have transformist leadership qualities and these qualifications effect their jobs in a positive way.A meaningful difference between Transformist Leadership and Job Satisfaction is observed.-The idealized effect affects the staff?s job satisfaction positively.-Motivation Suggestion affects the staff?s job satisfaction positively.-Intellectual Stimulation affects the staff?s job satisfaction positively.-Individual Support affects the staff?s job satisfaction positively.-A meaningful difference between the points among age groups is not observed.Only Intellectual Stimulation and Transformist Leadership points is observed as high stastically in women .-A menaningful difference in points between the marital status is not observed.-A meaningful difference in points between educational groups is not observed.-A meaningful difference in points between work-year groups is not observed.Keywords:1.
